The Myth follows all state and federal mandates when it comes to COVID safety at the time of each event. On an event by event basis, the event promoter or artist may require additional safety mandates. The Myth will communicate to ticket holders the specific event policy well before each show.
How do I buy tickets?
There are three easy ways to purchase tickets:

• Myth Live Box Office: The venue box office is open on show nights starting at 5:00pm til 10:00pm. THE VENUE BOX OFFICE IS SERVICE FEE FREE!
What do I need to pick up my tickets at the box office?
If you purchased your tickets through www.MythLive.com, you must bring your government issued ID and the credit card they were purchased with.
How do I get to the venue?
Myth Live is located at 3090 Southlawn Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Where do I park?
Myth Live has a FREE first-come, first-served parking lot right in front of the venue. Once this lot is full, please take advantage of additional FREE parking at the Maplewood Mall in front of Macy’s. There are additional parking lots, in the area, that do charge for parking. Please note these parking lots are not controlled by the venue – Park at your own risk.
What is the age limit for shows at Myth Live?
The majority of events are open to all ages. However, from time to time, the age restrictions change. Please review the event listing for the most accurate information. Please note: on occasion, the floor and balcony have different age restrictions.
Can I leave the show and then come back in?
No. We strictly enforce a no re-entry policy.
What is the camera policy of Myth Live?
In general, the venue does not allow audio and video recording devices into the venue. On some shows this policy is waived at the artist’s discretion.
Are there seats provided?
The amount of seating on any given show depends on the artist and the expected attendance. If seats are available, these are first-come, first-served. If you purchase a ticket into our Luxury Suites, the available seating is first-come, first-served.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled.
What time do doors open for the show?
Typically, one hour prior to the show time. Please review the event listing for the most accurate information.
Is there a smoking area at the venue?
Smoking / Vaping is not permitted in the venue at any time. There is a smoking patio available on the floor level at the right hand side of the venue. Please ask any of our staff members if you need assistance.
In need of an ADA accommodation?
Myth Live is an accessible venue to handicapped patrons. We are here to make sure that all attendees have a great time. For ADA accommodations and questions, please reach out to us at Hello@MythLive.com in advance of the event. Otherwise, please alert one of our security team upon arrival to the venue if you need assistance.
What is your bag policy?
A small purse or bag under 12”x6”x12” is permitted – but we encourage you to bring as little as possible. We prefer you leave your bag at home, but if you must bring your bag, it will be searched. Not bringing in a bag will expedite entry for yourself and other patrons. No camelbacks allowed.

Do you have coat check?
Weather permitting coat check is open. Coat check is located to the left after you get your ticket scanned. Coat check is $5 per coat and space is limited.
